Wyndham/summerfield suites

I have just discovered that as a Costco member I can get 50% off the room rate at the Wyndham Resorts. They have it listed as Summerfield Suites. Does Wyndham own this? These are at LBV. Can anyone tell me if they have stayed there and were they any good? Thank you.

Stayed at Wyndham/Summerfield suites March 2003 in a 2 bdrm was very satisfied...clean, and ample room....

My friend stayed there last spring and found it dirty and falling apart at the seems. Not to mention the non-uniformed guy who was banging on their door at 11pm with extra towels.

the good thing was it convinced them to buy into the disney vacation club.

We had 2 different rooms us and our friends and both were in immaculate shape and clean... We are DVC members and I loved the Summerfield Suites....we were out of points and stayed there after our cruise last Spring and my friend stayed there the entire week....

He is a single parent with 4 kids ...3 got the flu that week with one throwing up in the middle of the night all over the suite....the housekeeping people were wonderful help cleaning up and making sure he had everything he needed...

I watched these boards for months and months last year and always read glowing reports about the summerfield which is why I picked it and I was not disappointed...

We stayed there in June 2003 and were very pleased. Room was nice and clean, rate was good. Pool was nice. They are part of Wyndham. Very close to WDW.
