Anyone stay at this location across from Disney Springs? I got a scary low rate for a quick 3 nights next month during Thanksgiving week. Looking for reviews.

TIA~

That’s the one! AAA rate is $75 per night. A steal for the location IMO.

Almost all non Disney hotels charge a parking fee and/or a resort fee. Sometimes a promotional package will waive (include) the fee. Even lower rated properties will have a few dollar resort fee added.

The Wyndham complex right by Disney Springs has an odd set-up. The main tower of 232 rooms with interior entry is known as the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. The two wing buildings of 394 exterior entry rooms is known as the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista. Both hotels use the same common-areas like the lobby, restaurants, sports facilities, and pool. As sbd78 notes, there are resort fees for everyone and parking fees (if applicable).

If I did the calculations correctly, a $75 room rate becomes $106.88 with taxes (12.5%) and resort fee. Parking would be extra.

The Garden rooms come with less-than-stellar reviews.

^THIS is correct. The great rate can climb quickly.

I have stayed in Garden rooms and never will again. They've been redecorated but you can't make them bigger or ceiling higher. Felt like shoe boxes. But if you just want a bed and not hanging out in it could be okay.
