Review Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort

We booked a 1BR condo from a friend (at an awesome price I might add) for Jan 6 - 10 at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort.

I was just looking for some reviews or helpful hints for this property. Here are just a couple things on my mind...

Can I request an Epcot view condo upon arrival or are they are already assigned?
If you can request a certain condo - what floors have good views?
We will have a rental car and we are going solo without the boys on this trip.
