arriving Sunday, May 16. Going to EP. Then...May 17-HS, May 18- AK, May 19- MK, May 20-HS, May 21- HS, May 22 morning- MK. Will park hop to EP or MK each day from HS and AK. May switch from HS to AK if not successful with ROTR boarding and if AK still available

Have not been since ROTR has opened so really want to ride it. DD 20 prefers AK, DD 16 prefers HS. Wondering about switching May 20 to AK.

You have given yourself 3 chances to ride ROTR (six if you count 1 pm drop). I would keep it as you have it, because you can probably easily switch to an AK APR if you don’t get a boarding group on your first HS day.

Thank you for your input. I am torn between switching a later HS day to AK to give us 2 days at each, but if we miss out on ROTR on the first day, I like the idea of having 2 more days to try. One thing I wonder- and I expect no one really has an answer- for that week, May 16-22, will AK still have some open spots for reservations the day of or at least a day or two or three before? If I felt I could switch from HS to AK that week then I may leave things the way they are. If reservations will fill up before that week, I may switch one day to AK
