WWYD with CRT and BBB and MNSSHP

We are taking my 6 year old niece to her first disney trip. I was able to get her a BBB reservation at MK at 4:50pm…we started planning well after the 180 mark so it was the only time left. This is the same night we plan on doing the Halloween party. The questions is when should we do CRT…our choices are 1:05pm or 6:40pm. The positives of the 1:05 is it doesn't cut into our Halloween party and gives us a nice break during our park day. The downfall is my niece will not have done BBB yet. The 6:40pm reservation is nice because it will be after her BBB appointment however it will cut into our halloween time and I don't know how well she will do with staying out late for the party. Having the 6:40pm reservation also allows us to "sleep in" before going to magic kingdom. I can't ask her which she prefers because BBB and the halloween party are surprises she doesn't know anything about…to be honest most of what we are doing once we are there is going to be a surprise to her.

So which would you do, CRT before or after BBB?

I would go before simply because of all the money spent for the party. I wouldn't want to spend it then not get to enjoy it all

I would do the 6:40, and view BBB and CRT as part of the Halloween party stuff. Meeting 5 princesses post-appointment is a huge thing, AND you wouldn't have to use a park ticket for MK that day, just your party ticket.

Considering the cost of party tickets and the possibility that your niece will not stay up late I would not spend party time at a sit down restaurant. It would be better to dine at 1:05 and do BBB afterwards if you cannot find a morning appointment, but you still have at least 4 months so keep checking for an earlier BBB either in the castle or at DS.

I'd book CRT before and keep calling and checking for an earlier BBB.

I vote eat during non party hours. I would definitely call regularly, trying to get an earlier time. I thought there were two BBB locations. One in MK, one in DS.

I would cancel BBB and take her to Trellis in the Grand Floridian. I took our girls there befoe we had dinner at CRT and they had a lovely time. It is reasonable priced, the stylists ate licensed hair dressers, and they were wonderful. The youngest fell asleep while her hair was getting brushed.

How exciting! That is nice of you to treat your niece. I would even consider if CRT in addition to the party and BBB is a bit much all on the same day? I would personally spilt the treats up. So I would do BBB , followed by CRT one day then the party another day. If this is not an option for you then early CRT, BBb then party. Not forgetting there is a BBB at Disney Springs! Also the Trellis option suggested by PP and My perfect Princess tea Party at the Grand!

This is a really tough choice, but I think the key here is you not thinking she will be able to stay up for the full length of MNSSHP, because of that I would go for the earlier lunch at CRT. If you thought you would get through until midnight, then I would go with the 6:40 CRT because meeting the princesses right after her makeover would be a pretty awesome memory.

I would probably keep both the lunch and dinner ADR (I know scandelous to even suggest such a thing around here), just in case you're able to get an earlier BBB time because the perfect scenario is a morning BBB followed by the lunch ADR at CRT leaving you fully open to take in the party festivities and not have to worry about leaving a bit early with a tired princess.

Thanks for all the input! It is not possible for me to split up BBB, CRT, and Halloween Party because we only have a short trip with only 4 full days. I have some other treats planned for her on other days like many character experiences. In all honesty, the whole trip is a treat since it will all be new to her.

I'm leaning towards the CRT earlier and then BBB but my mom thinks BBB then CRT. I'm really not sure how late she will stay up. She really doesn't have a constant bed time so I'm not sure how she will do. I also don't know if all the excitement will keep her up or make her crash faster.

Can you do Bbb at ds instead to get an earlier time?

I'd prefer not too. I think there is something special about doing it in the castle plus I don't want to waste all that time in transportation. We only have 4 full days so we have to make the most of each day.
