WWYD for a first date at WDW?

This date sounds complicated, but I bet its worth it! Everyone wants a Dis date.

I had no idea it'd be this involved. Or involve multi-level planning. Or a film crew. Or a logistical coordinator. Where is the MDE plug-in for this? As an on-site guest, did I make a mistake in not planning this at 180 days? I mean - I didn't even have an account here then, but since Disney wants me to know I want a burger at Sci-Fi at 7:15 on a Wednesday night six months in advance, then I guess that's logical. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

The fixin's bar (btw, is fixin's correct? or is it fixins? are they possessive, I'm so confused, why can't we even have proper gerund forms at WDW? I blame Iger.) will definitely solidify the late night which resort fight. And, regarding the "which resort" issue, should it be whoever invites the other up and you go back to their resort? Like the idea of whoever invites someone on a date pays?

Apparently the fixin's (alt: fixins, fixings) bar is a colloquialism - Disney officially calls it a "topping bar" and sidesteps the whole issue. And there should be definitive protocol on "which resort" - otherwise that could get very awkward.
