Well I got a call from the apartment manager today and they are out pounding in a sign as we speak. Yay!
I looked back to see when I sent the first email and it was April 20th.

There's a car parked in that spot at the moment. They are going to be quite confused when they come out.

I know, finally. I was beginning to think I was going to need to make some calls to Fair Housing Authority or the ADA or something. Really didn't want to go that route.
