Wwwaaaaa! I can't get AK for Jan 17

Just decided to head down for a weekend this January and there is no availability for Jan 17th in a concierge villa at AK. I asked to stay at the lodge and they said we can't use points for that. I've been waitlisted but am annoyed!

There are only 5 2-bedroom lock offs in AKV concierge, so really, it is good that they are being used, and not just sitting there empty!

2 months out you might be hard pressed to find availability anywhere in WDW. JMO

With so few concierge villas, I'd imagine those will book up at the 11 month mark.

I would be surprised if you could find anything at WDW at all - especially this late.

So there were no units of any view available at AKV Wow that must be busy.

I was able to secure a conciege studio for Jan 25-27 back in june when they started taking reservations. I was able to make ressies for both the sunrise/sunset safaris. with a very limited number of rooms available it's tough....

Did you try for ANY AKV 2 bedroom, or just concierge?

I'm not surprised if everything is booked everywhere though at this late date for a holiday weekend.

IMHO, the Conceirge is going to be the HARDEST to get even on weekends.

I would think this one is going to require the 11 month window!

We have a value STUDIO for 1/17, I booked it a few weeks ago.. we are waitlisted for concierge or Savannah view...
I have Sav view for 18-23...

I asked today and they had no studios at all for 1/17 when I called... But the CM said "don't give up hope" it is still early!
