WWOS transportation question

I have a coworker who will be attending the Old Spice Classic basketball tournament in November. If she stays at a Disney resort, is there transportation available to the Wide World of Sports complex?

There IS, but it changed recently. You have to get to one of two resorts now, I think, and transfer to WWoS, and I don't want to give you wrong information.
