Hi All,
I am staying at the HR on Aug 24 to get Early Entry the 24/25. The official opening time is 9 am. I am planning on being at the gate for 7am. Is that a good time to get there?

Thank you

We plan, possibly "one" morning to do early entry to HP, and will definately be there as early as possible.

If we awake on time that is :rolleyes1

Why 7am if you are staying onsite? Do you really need to be at the gate 1 hour early before it opens?

We're there this weekend and it says 7am for resort guests. Does this mean I have to be at the gate at 6am? Sounds pretty insane, really, especially if nothing else is open until 8am or 9am!

Help?

Karen

some hotel guests want to be up in front as possible in the line.

the off site hotel guests that booked with a universal package/partner hotel, also can do the early entry for potter.

potter followers are unique.
they don't want to waste any line time waiting to get in.

that line for EE can get quite long depending on the day.

only the potter section is open that hour early.
nothing else in the park will be open until the official opening time.

if you want to do ollivanders without a wait, go very early.
if you are in front of the entrance line, go directly to ollivanders, you will in and out within 25 minutes.

that gives you plenty of time to do FJ without a wait

just because a person stays on site and can do the early entry, doesn't mean they have to.

last year i only used the EE one time out of 8 days.

Thanks, Macraven!

We're not crazy HP fans - just want to check out this new stuff. :thumbsup2 We'll get there around 6:30am and see what's cooking!

Thanks!

Karen

thanks..
i'll be on site for over 8 days, and one morning i will haul my butt out of bed for the EE.

i do it for FJ.........
