I DON'T want to go weigh in on Thursday - PLEASE help me convince myself I have to!!!!!
I ran a gymnastics meet this weekend - Fri a.m. thru Mon a.m. - and didn't have time to breathe, let alone journal or worry about my points. Plus, with that wonderful time of month currently, I'm up just over 2 lbs this morning. I know if could be worse, but.......
My miind is trying to remind me that I leave for a gymnastics meet in CA on Thurs, so if I don't weigh in this week, next week will be better. This is always my downfall. I get busy and try to rationalize not going and then gain, quit and restart. This will only be WI #2. HELP!!!
The burn on my leg is almost better, so next week I should be able to start exercising again - not that I do much, but..... I'm also hoping to get a bit of the 2+ off by Thurs noon.
