WW Weekly Weigh-in

Maybe today was a GOOD day, Melissa, if you saw how easy those points rack up.

I don't know if this will work for you, or anyone else here, but I plan my day and meals ahead of time. It might sound boring, but I actually look forward to the choices I've made each day, even the routine ones. For me, it's about thinking what I CAN have, rather than what I can't.

Best WISHes on your tomorrow(s)!!!

I just weighed in this AM and lost 4.5 since my last WI! That's in one week of being back on the bandwagon! I am a lifetimer, so I am doing it on my own at home because I didn't want to go to the meeting last month because I would have had to pay and I was just three pounds out of my goal range. Now I might go if I lose a few more by the end of the month and pay for last month and get back on track. I am still unsure how that works. I still have about 15 more to lose personally, but I set my WW goal as high as possible according to their chart because I didn't want to have to pay. Anyway, I am happy about 4.5 pounds. I definitely used all of my nursing points and flex points and cheated one day, too, so I have to let my loss mtivate me for this week to do better! Have a great day!

I'm back to doing WW online and today was my first weekly weigh-in. I'm happy to report I'm down 1.5 lbs. I was pretty good last week with points and water. Not good with exercise. So I'm happy with that loss.

Here's to a new week!

Congrats Shawn & Mary! Those are GREAT losses!! Onward and Downward! :cheer2:

I maintained this week, as I should, but I think I should drop a couple of those extra points, and see if I can't lose a few more 'comfort' pounds. I told myself "after the holidays", and well, it IS after the holidays now.

Have a great week everyone! :flower1:

Hello fellow WWers

I'm just back from WI. Down .6 lbs today. Not much but I'll take it! This was "week 1" for our new At Work session so the leader went over CORE and Flex. I am really tempted to do CORE. After the holidays I know my sugar/junk has crept too high. So far today I've had all CORE foods (counted as Flex pts) so well see...

Hi Everyone :wave2: My name is Kaye and this was my first week of Weight Watchers and I am down 4.6 :cool1: So far I REALLY like Weight Watchers and think it's perfect for my lifestyle! Looking forward to reading about everyone's success :)

I'm down half a pound, so I guess that would be .5/5. I was hoping for more but a half a pound down is better than a half a pound up. :D

Everyone is doing so good, keep up the great work! :cheer2:

Hi Kaye, Welcome!

I love this thread, there is great WW support here. Congrats on your AWSOME weight loss. :cheer2: I really love WW, too. After dieting on my own for 20+ years I finally decided to give it a try and I am amazed at how well it works. The support and accountability of weekly meetings really helps me.

Keep posting :)

CRL-- You are absolutely right about half a pound. They add up over time!!! Great work!

Well today's WI wasn't as great as I would have hoped for, but it was still a loss.

I was down .8 this week for a total of 32.4 pounds. Only 2.6 and I'll have that 35 pound clippie, which I know I can do.

Great job Teresa :cheer2: I was just down .6 this week. Every point counts :)

Sundie

Thanks Sundie - I was a little bummed because I was SO the past 3 days, drinking LOTS of water, but hey, that's what happens. This will just make me work harder for next week :flower:

This is my first WW weigh in. The scale did not change for either DH or myself. Of course, the last time we weighed ourselves was before Christmas, so we probably gained and lost. Next week will be the real test.

Hi.....Can anyone join this thread???? I joined WW with my girlfriend and could use all the support I could get...My first WI was Sunday and I lost 6.8 lbs :cool1: , my problem is that I have to stay focused and when I saw this thread I thought this would be a good way to help that :flower1:

I really like those weight loss counters that some of you have at the bottom of your post...where do you get those?

Good luck everyone :flower1:

Hi everyone,

Ok after my Marathon weekend I'm back up to 155.8. I'm OP today and doing well. Hopefully some of that is increased water weight due to the high mileage and swelling that the muscles go through.

Welcome Barbara!

Absolutely Barbara, Welcome! :cheer2:

Best WISHes to you and your girlfriend on your Onward and Downward journey! :cheer2:

I weighed in Tuesday night and was up .6 lbs.

I really am not upset about it since I was at WDW for marathon weekend and had quite a few :drinking1 !

I am anxious about Monday AM - I have had way too many cheat days already and my DH's b-day is tomorrow! Plus, I have a mom's night out to a new pizza place - Dewey's - tonight. UGH! Well, there's always next week! I am goimng to try to do well for at least as much of today as possible!

Just back from my 1st weigh in (well, I've rejoined 3 times - but this is the first of the LAST time I will quit and rejoin - my life just gets too hectic to make meetings) and I'm down! 6.4! YIPPEE!!!!

Hi All! This is my first time posting to this thread - hoping it will keep me motivated. Last week I lost 3 pounds and this week I lost another 3 pounds.

Great job for those that lost. For those of us that haven't, we will keep working on it day by day.
