Tara, have you checked out Dottie's website? She great point information for many restaurants. She can be found here:
http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html Very helpful information. You may also want to buy a Weight Watchers dining out companion....I keep one in my house and one in my car. You can find them on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-for-2007-WE...2QQihZ006QQcategoryZ36459QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem or if you want I can see this Thursday when I WI if they have them at the WW Center for sale. And be careful of the "healthy" choices some places offer, they aren't always that healthy. I know the items on the healthy menu at Cheesecake Factory actually have a lot of points.
mmcguire and disneymac, congrats on your losses, that is terrific for your first weeks. Boston5602 and drgnfly30, congrats on your losses as well, great numbers!!
disneymac, according to my leader and from what I have seen with myself and my friends, you definitely want to eat your flex points. If you don't eat all of them I would at the least eat 1/2 if not 3/4 of the points, it really makes a difference.
Miss Missy, I received an card in the mail inviting me to join a three week fitness study. I paid a refundable $20 deposit and had to participate in Curves a minimum of three times a week for three weeks. They did my weight, body fat and blood pressure at the start of the study and again after the 21 days. The data they collected will be sent to John Hopkins institute to be included in a fitness study they are conducting. At the end of the study I was offered a membership for $49 plus monthly fees. Since I decided to join they applied my $20 deposit to the membership and I paid the difference. So far I am really enjoying it, my only complaint is that they aren't open on Sunday. It is great that you are such an inspiration to your DD. Keep up your great work!
