HI everybody!

So many great losses too!

Congratulations SueRs 3lbs!! Way to go! :cool1:

Mikamah .4! Woo hoo Slow and steady! Usually .4 is my magic number. :goodvibes

KJo 3lbs for you too! :cheer2: Awesome!

Welcome Lillygator! I would think being Lifetime before would give you a great advantage in knowing you can definitely do this. Good Luck!

Daisy, Congrats to you too! 2.6lb is wonderful!:flower3:

My weigh in this week was very good for me. I lost 2lbs. I hardly ever lose more than 1lb. But the really exciting thing is I hit 25lbs lost!!!:cheer2: I'm really excited! Now I just hope I can make it stick. I'm constantly losing weight one week and then gaining half of it back the next. So hopefully the next few weeks I can maintain if I don't lose. A fellow diser sent me some Firm tapes and I'm really motivated to start them. So I did one last night and another today. My DD is still sick and clingy and I really have to fight the 'eat out of stress from dealing with crying' emotions. But I've been pretty good.

I hope everyone has a healthy and happy weekend! Good Luck! :grouphug: :cheer2:

Fofina, way to go. I know it is hard with the kids when the sick. Just try to stay focused!

Thanks! I'm trying. I think she is on her way to getting better. But just wants to be in my lap and whine. She's only 2. I guess it could be worse, it could be my 5 year old in my lap all day!:lmao:

Hi, can I join in too?

I am a LT WW member, who has gained it back. I went to WW yesterday and got all the new materials and am going gung ho until I lose it back. I have been very "lazy" since my second DD was born....she is now 2.

What does everyone do to keep themselves motivated? That is my biggest struggle it seems.

Hi and welcome!!

I stay motivated by the thought of how much I want this. I just am sock of putting me last. I always knew what I needed to do, but never could take the time away from the kids.. with work taking enough of my time. So now the smallest is 13 and I am able to bring her along and have fun while we do it. I am mostly "doing" my thing and she is seeing it and is like hmm. (she is a bit heavy for her age) But it has become a priority for me. That is why I am finding the time now.

Congrats to you on the 25!!!!!!!!!!

And congrats to everyone for the loses!!

I can report a 2.6 loss this week too !

SueRs,

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I could not get on Dis Board the last couple of days. My leaders name is Mary Jo. I go Thursday nights at the Best Western in Lompoc. She is a neat lady I really enjoy her.

Whoo hoo Miss missy!! 2.6 is awesome!!!:cool1:

fofinia- :dance3:  :dance3: 25 lbs is such an accomplishment. You should be so proud. Determination and stick-to-it-ness really does pay off!!! Hope your little one is feeling better. :flower3: It's so hard not to stress eat when your kids aren't feeling well. Hang in there.

Congrat Kjo719, sueRS, and daisy2!! :thumbsup2 It's great to see so many losers here!!!! Very inspiring!!

Welcome Lilygator. Lifetime is quite an accomplishment, and sounds like you're determined and will be back down in no time. My motivation is an up and down thing. This time on ww, I am determined not to give up, and have had a slow but steady loss. Going to the meetings and weighing in definitely helps motivate me. I also get inspired from coming to these boards. This is a healthier lifestyle for me, and I may never get to the WW goal range, but I'm determined to never go back up to where I was. I know from past experience, that if I stop going to meetings, I will gain back all I have lost, plus. I like to look at small goals, getting into a new decade, 5 pounds at a time, etc. My next goal is 11 more pounds away, and then I will weigh 181, which is what I weighed when I first joined ww 16 years ago. I was 45 pounds heavier when I joined this time. Good luck to you!!

Happy healthy weekend to everyone!!!

my leader here in Fl always say "we'll see less of you next week" as well...wonder if it is in their training?

I got the new journal and must say I like it, it has recipes, quotes, motivational thoughts and tips in the lower corners of the pages. Nothing huge but it is a nice fresh change to the old journal.

Must be, they have said that for years where I am too

Guess I forgot to report my results on Thursday after my WW weigh in!!! My husband and I both had a good week! I lost 2 lbs., and he lost 2 also. That is a total of 4.6 for me, and 7.8 for my DH!!! And we have only been on WW for 2 weeks! Not too bad! We went to a party last night though with typical picnic type foods(hamburgers, cole slaw, baked beans, etc). My diet must get back on track today! Even though I took only about 1/2 cup servings of everything, I still feel bloated today! Maybe since it will be so nice out today, I will walk a little extra. Good thing we don't weigh in until Thursday!!!:goodvibes

Thanks Mikamah,

I am really trying to stay on track. I got a new food scale that I can weigh out all my meat and right down the points on the outside of the package and that really helps. Now I really know how many points I am eating and not guestimating..:cheer2: It also helps that my husband is on the WW plan too so we both keep each other honest. Good luck to everyone this week keep up the good work.

Had my first WI this morning since re-joining last week... lost 3.6lbs! :cool1:

Missed my weigh in yesterday so I have no clue where I am at. The last weeks have been crazy. When I thought I lost, I gained, and when I thought I gained I lost. So who knows where I am right now. UGH! Im hoping to have a great week and have something positive to show on my weigh in.

Good luck everyone!

I stayed the same this week- although Sunday Morning (weigh in was Friday) I had lost 2 pounds.... what's up with that? This keeps happening but by Friday they will be back. :confused3

No problem. Based on some other answers and that was not my old leaders name. It might be included in the training.

I went to the gym 3 types last week. I tried the spinning class on Sat. Couldn't finish and boy am I sore!! :crazy2:

Wow, it looks like everyone had a good week.

Talk to you all soon.

well yesterday i went out to bj's and got myself a real ww's scale!

today i stepped on the scale and was 155.8. that means i only lost 0.2 lbs. oh well. this week is going to be nice and warm, which means i'll get to ride my bike!

i'm also thinking about joining the gym. i really need some motivation and a good place to actually go work out.

My leader here in Virginia says the same thing so I am sure it is some part of their training. I suppose they have a guideline to follow and perhaps topics to touch on each week, but as far as the meetings go I think the leaders wing it based on their group participation. I do know that what my leader discusses at my meeting is the same for every meeting she teaches that week.

I lost 1.2 this week which was a pleasant surprise. I had been on track this week, but didn't think I really had lost last week, so I figured I"d break even. I was so excited because I also made 35 pounds lost!! I've been walking about 3 times a week, and this week have plans for 5 times, and it seems to be making a difference. I definitely eat healthier in the evenings after a little exercise. I love this beautiful spring weather. I walked before I picked up my son, and then he and I walked to the park and played for a while before dinner. Kids are funny. They will be as active as you let them. The other night I was feeling lazy and he wanted to go out for a bike ride, so I (bad mom) tried to discourage him and said, "if we go out for a ride, we won't be able to watch a show tonight", and he chose the ride. I need to follow his lead more.

Congratulations Harvest02. :thumbsup2 You and your husband must be great support for each other.

Whoo hoo Dragonfly30!!! Awesome loss!!!

Mermaid- hang in there. You can fluctuate so much day to day. Hopefully you'll see that loss next week.

iggbees- .2 lost is .2 lost. Any loss is a good loss and even the little ones will all add up.

Have a great losing week everyone. :woohoo: We can do it!!!!!:cheer2:

Big congrats to Mik, iggbees (every loss is to be celebrated), drgnfly30, Harvest02 and your DH, miss missy, and all of our other losers! Keep up the great work, you all are great examples to everyone here on WISH.

Ok. I know any loss is a good loss, so I am down another 0.2 I thought it would be better because I actually worked out this week.

Congrats to all the losses this week.

I am right there with you Sue, I was down .2 this week also......and as you said, any loss IS a good loss!! Congrats!!

.2 to goal for me.....maybe next week, I am just inching along at a snails pace, but I guess slow and steady wins the race!
