Tammy, I am so glad to hear you say it takes 6 weeks to start a habit, I had always heard 3 weeks but I never felt like it was enough and wondered if I would ever be able to make healthy eating a habit!![]()

That isn't to say that you aren't going to enjoy some of your favorite things and you don't need to completely deprive yourself of them. If you eat them in moderation and smaller portions and not so often, you will be fine. I can actually say that I enjoy eating healthy now and I don't have to think so much about it.
