WW Weekly Weigh-in

Tammy NC and DisneyLMama, thanks for the great support! I couldn't wait to report that things had worked out so weel this week!

Tammy, I am so glad to hear you say it takes 6 weeks to start a habit, I had always heard 3 weeks but I never felt like it was enough and wondered if I would ever be able to make healthy eating a habit! :thumbsup2

Looking forward to upgrading to a 10 lb clippie very soon!!

Yes, it will become a habit for you to eat healthy. That isn't to say that you aren't going to enjoy some of your favorite things and you don't need to completely deprive yourself of them. If you eat them in moderation and smaller portions and not so often, you will be fine. I can actually say that I enjoy eating healthy now and I don't have to think so much about it.

Had a good week, weighed in Sunday and am down 4.4 for a total of 16.6.
Very happy!!

What I'm about to post, must be an error that will find it's way back to me next week. :lmao:

I'm down 1.5 lbs today. :confused3 It can't be right. Must be some 'fluctuating' going on. :teeth:

Down one more pound. Keeping it slow and steady and happy for the loss!
 
Got a new clippie!!! Lost four pounds this week. I guess this exercising stuff works, huh? :teeth: Made it to 15 + pounds. Only about 4.5 pounds away from my 10%. :banana:
 
I had my WI on Monday and was down 1.6 this week. :cool1: :cool1: That puts me down a total of 25.4 pounds so far. I was really hoping to break that 25 pd mark so thankfully I made it. Now my sights are on the 30 pd. I'm off to grab my new clippie after I say a few things:

KimRaye-Congrat's on your loss this week. Now I know you aren't going to let those pds catch back up to you for another free ride :car:. You stay ahead of them and they won't be able to catch you. :)

WDWLVR-Slow and steady is a wonderful way to lose, keep up the great work. :thumbsup2

DisneyLovingMama - What an awesome WI, congrat's and your clippie looks great! :banana:

I weighed in tonight and was down 1.6!!! That is pretty darn good for me. 9 lbs. to goal!

Tammy, we can keep our eyes on that 30 lb. mark together! :cool1:
 
Well, only down .8 this week. I am very frustrated because i had set a mini goal of making the 10% mark( which was only 13 lbs, in which i have lost 9 of :cool1: ) by week 6 which is next week...Unless i can really kick it in the pant's ( which i think is imposible & UNHEALTHLY) i need to drop 4 lbs by next thursday to make goal...i dont think it will happen. I am offically kicking anything chocolate and sweety out of the diet for 1 week, just to see if that helps.

Tina - .8 is GREAT! I personally would kill for that many weeks! I know how it feels when you make some sort off goal for yourself and it now appears you can't get there in the time you thought you would. But, you know what? You WILL get there! And that's the important part. Just keep swimming...(as Dory would say)!

Also, our WW said that, on average, it takes committed people three months to get to 10% (give or take). So, you're doing awesome!!!

Greetings Everyone!

Just wanted to say "bye" for a little while. Found out that DH and I are expecting our first child! So, I'll be gaining, not losing for the next nine months.

Best Wishes to everyone and I'll see ya back here next year!
