Good luck with the marathon too! I'll be there cheering on everyone - Hubby and Mom are running. DH is doing BOTH races (omg!) for the coveted first-ever Goofy medal and my Mom is doing the Half (her first race).

Oh, and 2 year old DS is doing the 100 yard dash! :teeth:

I am dreading tonight's weigh-in! I was so BAD last week. I think this was the first time I've really kinda of fallen off the wagon. I ate extra points almost every day and it didn't even bother me. Weird. I've been plugging away at this for 15 months now and am down 27 lbs. BUT, I've been at the same weight since the summer, with 10 lbs. to go. Talk about frustrating! Nevermind, we leave for WDW on Friday morning. :rolleyes:

When we get back from Florida, I am going to be back on track and determined more than anything to hit goal before this season's pass expires, DARN IT!
 
Hang in there Kristy! :goodvibes After you get back, have you considered dropping your points for a week or a two, to see if that 'moves' things along? 15 months is a LONG time, and you've done so well, I'd hate to see you get DIScouraged. :guilty:







FYI to all WW!!! Next Thursday, the 12th will be the 2 year anniversary of when I Joined WW online! Took me about 11 months to lose my WW goal of 72 lbs, and the few extra lbs lost came after that, on maintenance, and I continue on Maintenance to THIS DAY!! :cheer2: :goodvibes You CAN do it!! :goodvibes :cheer2:

I will hang in there and finally hit goal AND NOT PAY WW ANYMORE!

Last night's WI was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be - I was down .2 lbs.! Woo hoo!

I will do TONS of walking in WDW next week and watch what I eat. When I get back, I am going to be totally re-committed! :cool1:
 

:wave: Just joined WW last night (again!) but feel really good about this. Not a New Years Resolution, not try to lose for a wedding or a trip.... just going to lose to feel better mentally and physically!!! :wave:
 
I'm going the wrong way! Up, up and up some more.

Leaving for vacation next week, so I think a bit of a sabbatical is in order. Watching what I eat is just stressing me out right now, so I think I'll go on vacation w/o counting points and throw myself back into it upon my return.

At least it will be a very active vacation (7 days of sailing and hiking), so activity won't be a problem.

Wish me luck and see y'all in 15 days (or so)!
 
Decided not to weigh in tonight but I did still go to the meeting :goodvibes. I will weigh in next week.....this week just wasn't a good week for me.
 
Hi all! You sound like you are all doing great on WW. I have been at it since June and down 41 lbs. Only 70 more to go but that's ok. But I do need some help. Does any one know where I can get a list of POINTS for WDW dinning or at least their nutritional information? I love this website http://www.dwlz.com/Restaurants/1allrestaurants.html
(it is unofficial but it really has alot of information) but it doesn't have what I need for WDW. Leaving a week from today and would really like to stay on program.

Hi, I was not this thread a long time ago, and now I am back.

I had my first weigh in and I lost 5.6 pounds :banana: . I have alot more to go, but it is a start.

I think the key is writting everything down, which I do not like to do, but it keeps me accountable.

What a great first week! I hope my first weigh in on Wednesday goes that well!

Mickeygirl, I am so grossed out by this. We went to Uno and my pizza would have been 44 points. Thanks for this I will really keep my on track.
 
mickeygirl -- there is a thread on board with that very question here i know this has been posted in the past and what i remember is unfortunatley there is no 'official' list of points for WDW, it's more piecing together your food items. I wonder if we could rally our numbers together and bombard WDW and WW with emails if there could ever be something between them like Applebee's. I'm sure it would take a couple years but hey we are mostly return visitors to the world :teeth: a search came up with these older threads if they help:

well DD is downstairs - gotta scoot but happy to report my first official WI with WW and the WHOOSH fairy kindly whooshed 4 lbs of post-cruise/holiday fluff away! yea!!!!!! i finally don't feel as puffy and swollen, but those dang jeans are still tight!

This was soooooooooooooo helpful!! Now I know I can come up with a game plan. If I can make it through the 2 holiday weeks and acutally lose 3lbs I can do WDW. The only thing food wise that stresses me is the AYCE Lobster place The Boston Lobster Feast that concerns me. I know seafood is good as long as you avoid the butter (and I usually do) but I am afraid that I won't have any fun because I will be focusing on the food or what not to eat. Oh well. At least the clothes fit better after 41lbs and I will feel way more comfortable in the bathing suit (not perfect but not petrified). Thanks for the help!!!! And definately KUDOs on the HOLIDAY/POST CRUISE 4lbs!!!
 
I just joined WW online a week ago- I didn't have any weight loss success! :sad1: Any ideas on how to get motivated to stick with the plan?? I'm glad I found a thread to weigh in at. ::yes::
 
Had my weigh in last night (this was my 2nd class) and I was down 5.6 pounds! I know the first week is usually the biggest loss and NOT to expect a loss like this weekly but I'm so excited! It was the shot in the arm I needed! :cool1:
 
Well ONE more day before we leave for WDW. I don't think I did very well this week. Missed the gym too much but that's because I decided to tan for 3 days so I wouldn't burn immediately arriving in FL. How about the girl at the salon gave me a CHOCOLATE bronzer! Now all I do is smell chocolate and so do my dogs!!!

I am really stuck for WI choices this week. I normally attend the express meeting at 730am on saturdays (and I LOVE IT- our leader is amazing). But since I will be flying over DC by that time (hopefully) I have to sneak in and WI at some point before we leave. But I have school from 8 to who knows when and I really hate to go tonight at 7pm (major studying). They have open office hours on Fridays from 9-12ish so maybe my teach will give me a break and I can basically drive home to WI. Sometimes they let us out early and I don't dare go in late because we have a test. Cross your fingers-maybe she will have mercy on us. Oh well studying and school is more important I guess so I will try and focus on that first and then WI.

I really love reading all of your posts!!! It is very inspiring and satisfying to know I am not the only one out there struggling with the daily obstacles of reaching my goal: ONE HEALTHY (HOT) NURSE!!!!

Congrats Mermaid02! The first weigh in is the best because it really does inspire you!!! I wish they all could be that way. Keep up the good work!
 
Ok, this is my first post under this topic. I was a former WW member years ago wehn planning my wedding. Needless to say the weight has fluccuated since then, especially after having a baby. Tonight was my first meeting in years and I am happy to report that I have lost 8 lbs since Thanksgiving! Wahoo.
