WW Weekly Weigh In--- Part 2

Well, I crossed the 20 pound mark, yippee! I just want to keep it up since we leave for WDW in a little over two weeks!

I am just back from WI and I lost 4 lbs this week! So proud of myself, but cautious still about staying with the program. Can't celebrate yet:laughing:
I survived a trip to Olive Garden and Halloween! Yay!

First week i lost 3.6pds,but still have a very long way to go!

Take it one day at a time! I actually saw under 150 this week, but still want to lose another 30+. It's tough, but getting easier. Now I notice I get full a lot quicker, and snack on things like apple slices and grapes instead of chips (although I will still eat one chip occasionally).

Down 2.8 after that horrible gain 2 weeks ago.

Really need to get my butt in motion.
 
First time posting...I am trying to lose the last 10 pounds of my pregnancy weight...DS is almost 3!:goodvibes DH says I can't blame it on him anymore! I wanted to lose the weight before I get pregnant again so it will be that much easier to lose the next baby weight. So far, I have lost about 5 pounds in 3 weeks which I guess isn't too bad...the weekends are what kill me! And I love to eat so it is really hard during the day as I am a SAHM but we try to walk at least every other day. I am trying to get back to everyday but we will see! I am excited about being able to share what I have lost...good luck to everyone!

It takes alot of dedication and alot of exercise:)
I bet!!! What kind of exercise do you do? I use the elliptical that I have in my house, but that's it. I should do weights but I just don't even know where to begin. I don't want to join a gym because it would be hard for me to get there around my work schedule and DH's schedule.

welcome! Great job on your loss so far! weekends are hard and being home a lot is hard for me. I find that I do better if I keep busy then I am less apt to eat mindlessly. Go out for a walk around the block, clean out the closets, vacuum etc. If I am keeping myself busy then I'm not eating!

I lost 1 lb this week which I am grateful for; DD came home from school Friday and as always requests her most favorite home cooked meals. Of course they are not WW friendly, but since she is stuck with dorm food most of the time I happily obliged. Sadly I lost myself and ate it all right along with her :sad2:So to have still lost 1 lb after that I am thrilled!

Really need to focus this week as I am heading into that wonderful week of PMS:headache: which almost always results in a gain:sad2:With Thanksgiving right around the corner I really really need to not gain next week. Wish me luck!
 
My gym put a Zumba class at 9:30 on Tues and Thurs which I have been dying for them to do!! So excited!

However, that means I'll have to go to my leader's noon meeting instead. I hate the thought of having breakfast and a snack before a weigh in. It'll mean a gain for me this week.

I like going in with an empty stomach.

I'm the same way about weighing in the morning vs later. I would rather weigh in first, then eat, lol! Is there another meeting she does on a different morning you can go to instead? On the WW website, you can search for meetings by leader.

Have you ever done Zumba before? I keep hearing great things about it, but I am so uncoordinated I am too scared to try it! Seriously, in the 80's when aerobics was all the rage,I tried it but I totally could not do the arm and leg movements at the same time :laughing:

I hear you on staying with a good leader. I have tried other meetings because I was unable to get to one of my leader's regular meetings and it's not the same. She was out the other day and the sub leader was good, just not the same.

One of the leaders I work with swears by Zumba and is always talking about how good her class is. My DD's dance studio just started Zumba classes too; maybe I'll give it a shot even though I'll look like an idiot :laughing:
 
I haven't been posting in a while, had trouble staying on program, but realized that I still lost weight over the last 6 weeks even though it often didn't seem that way... But last week was reasonably good and I am down 2.2 lbs. I have now lost a total of 27.3 lbs and most importantly I now have a BMI of 24.8: I finally have a healthy weight again!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:

I am doing WW online here in Germany and the German WW community this week is extremely excited since we are getting a new program. Online will have to wait unti 12/1, but the people who go to meets already have it. It sounds like it will be similar to the US program with additional weekly points. I am really excited about it. I think this will be a great motivation to learn a new program to keep doing it properly. I am at 71.8 kg at the moment (we are metric here) and I would love to see a 6 as the first digit of my weight before Christmas. Which means that I need to lose another 4.4 lbs until then!!

And I decided that I need to check out this Zumba, sounds interesting! :goodvibes
 
So we leave for WDW in 2 days! I haven't been really counting this week...I know horrible right!...because I have been packing, organizing, etc...I told myself that I would try to eat healthy while in WDW but I was not going to count points until we got back....my question...I have been looking at treadmills and we only have room for a smaller version, looking at horizon compact treadmill....anyone have one? It seems to get pretty decent reviews. I really love taking DS3 for walks but it is getting colder and I don't want to make him sick for me to lose weight! So I thought maybe I could find one on sale after Christmas...the cheapest I have seen is 499 at HSN. Any advice would be great! I really don't have the room for a full size treadmill so I thought this one would be perfect. Let me know if anyone has one
 
I restarted WW for the third and last time the week before Thanksgiving, and even after having 2 Thanksgivings Thurs and Fri I dropped 1.6 lbs. on Saturday!

Finally hit my 5% mark! It only took me a few months!:rotfl:

Got to stay on program this month. It's a toughie, but we can do it!

Congratulations on the 5% mark! Doesn't matter if it takes a bit loger to get there as long as you keep trying to get to your goal! :goodvibes
