I'm down 15.4lbs and very happy. I still have a long way to go but I'm so happy to be going in the right direction. Hope you all have a good week!!! :banana:

I lost .01 this week. I was hoping for more but a loss is a loss:goodvibes

Since I weigh at work I do it first thing in the morning. Even when I went to the WW meetings I would go Saturday mornings so I could weigh before I ate. I have a co-worker that always eats her breakfast and sometimes lunch before she weighs. Then she gets upset if she has gained anything. I try to tell her that there might be a difference because she ate/drank differently the time before. She still doesn't weigh when she first gets here. :headache:

Hi all. I posted awhile back, I think to ask a question about the new Momentum program. And I said then I was rejoining WW on June 1st.

Well, I took the plunge and joined like I said I would. So I am on the downside of my first week (weigh in Monday). :scared:

I am trying hard to learn which foods are more filling and can really tell a difference when I eat the more filling foods. My biggest problem is the afternoons and I have having to learn good snacks to eat then so I will not want to keep eating all afternoon and won't be starving just before supper. I think air popped popcorn is going to be my afternoon buddy!!

I am really, really wanting to accomplish my goals this time. I was almost at my goal weight once and have since gained most of what I lost back.:mad: That time I didn't do a program like ww and once I started eating real foods again--it all came back.

This sounds like a great group of posters who are really encouraging to each other, so I would really like to join you all. I need all the encouragment I can get!!

You will find great encouragement here. I've found a great afternoon snack but you need a cupachino machine to really enjoy it. I make a cup of coffee and add one 25 calorie sugar free hot choc to it. I then STEAM the milk with the cupachino machine (like you were making it for a cupachino) and pore that on top (I use 1/2 cup fat free skim milk) I then sprinkle some splendar on top. It's delicious and once I have that for my "desert" for lunch, I'm satisfied till dinner. I count it as one point. I know that most people don't have a cupachino machine handy but we have 3 in my office and I've learned to enjoy them.
 
Mary Anne, thanks! That sounds really good. We have a coffee shop in our building at work and I bet the little lady in there would make that for me (for free!). She's really sweet about stuff like that.

Tomorrow is my weigh in and I am really nervous! I am always so afraid I haven't counted right or haven't lost any. We spent the weekend on the go and at a local state park. I was careful to get fat free hot dogs and buns and lots of onions and peppers, etc. to put on the dog. So I stayed within my points :yay:.
 
Hi ~ I am new to this thread and thought I would jump on since this is going on my 3rd week on WW. So far I have lost 7.2 pounds on WW and hoping to hit my 10 pound goal this week! I weigh in on Thursday mornings at 10am. Good luck everyone!!:cool1:
 
Weighed in yestereday--down 2 1/2 lbs. :banana::banana: I was so thrilled and really pumped up to do well this week.

I paid for 10 weeks in advance when I joined and set myself a goal for the end of those 10 weeks and so far I am right on schedule!! :woohoo:

Princess Toozie, I am new too; but welcome! Congrats on the great weight loss.

Nancy, Congratulations on making it Lifetime, what a wonderful acchievement and what an inspiration for all of us still struggling along to that goal!! :banana::banana:

There have been so many great losses (that's a correct word?) reported, congratulations to all of you! It seems like a lot of us are diong well at the moment! :goodvibes

I was away for a few days and then I got a nasty stomach bug. But now I am back on track and so far it looks good: I have not seen the 80 kg for a long time! I did not weigh in last week, so I will post results for two weeks later in the week!

The best thing is that I really notice a difference in my body! I found a number of summer clothes that I could not fit last summer but they are great now. One pair of trousers I have already put aside as they really don't look good anymore! And I feel more active and really like my look much better! :cheer2:

Isn't this the best part of losing weight? It is so motivating when you start seeing a difference in your clothes and how you feel.
 
WI this morning....drum roll...down 4 pounds..I am doing the happy dance all around the house, last week my weight loss was 1 pound so I stepped up my workout to over an hour a day and started riding my bike (big girl butt seat of course). I am so close to my 1st goal of being under 200lbs by our Sept WDW vacation. Looks like everyone is having a great week..I'm off for some more exercising!!!!

Oh I almost forgot I tried a new recipe for Chicken Enchaladias this week, that my family LOVED!! My husband said that this should be on our weekly menu, even tasted great heated up the next day!

The only thing I changed was added mission carb balance taco size tortilla's instead of corn tortillas, and baked it without cheese at 350 for 10min and then added 1/4 cup cheese for another 8 min. It was 9 points with the changes for two huge enchaladias..Enjoy!!
Also tried the skinny cow chocolate truffle..what a great dessert, they are only 2 points.
Then we tried a Low sugar rubarb/strawberry crunch..

So this is my next mini goal. Do you get those, too? We get a star for every three kilos (6.6 pounds).

Great Job, can't wait till I am running!! We get a star every 5 lbs, sounds like you have to work harder for your star!!

I have fallen behind and am not quoting well, I am so sorry! I did read back and am so impressed by all of us! We sure are a motivated group, aren't we?

Quick question to lifetime gals, How often do you weigh in? I am not sure how often I should WI for my own POM.
