DW and I are both lifetimers with WW. It has been our experience that we can go to any of the restaurants and be able to get meals within our points. Our favorites are Prime Time Cafe, Boatwrights, and Ohana's. Most of the buffets have a variety of vegetable that are good and the meat portions can be picked more carefully.
We have also discovered that the chefs are willing to modify some of the cooking techniques to make it more friendly. Like not steaming the vegtables in butter and limiting the amount of oil when cooking.
One big caution is beware of the rolls they bring out. Just about everytime it is too tempting because they are extremely good.
If you want specific items at places with the estimated points, I'll try to get that. But we have found the point books to be enough to figure out what a meal "costs".
