Hey everyone,
Well the 2 point bars are $6 a box where I live (4 bars). I tried them before, but haven't continuted to eat them since I saw that they had hydrogenated oils in them. I have been trying to do good and eliminate items out of my diet that include that. They tasted like a candy bar though, so that was good. They have regular ones and nutritional ones (with some vitamins in them).
You should be able to easily walk into a WW's and buy them. The dining guide and complete food guide are $5 each in my store. I definately reccommend the complete food guide, but I think that most things that are in the dining out guide are on Dotties website. Its mostly fast food places, and you can get the nutrional info from the fast food web sites too. I don't think there are many restaurants, because they don't give out nutrional info.

The complete food guide is great! Wonderful actually. It has more items than are in the one you get when you join. There are even ethnic listings in the complete food guide that help with eating out. That coupled with some of the food lists on Dotties site. Go to site map and they are listed in the second box on the left hand side.
The WW at home option is $99 (I saw it in the WW magazine). It would be a lot less expensive to go to a meeting for one week. I think there are New Year specials right now. Not sure. That are about $24 to join, $12 each week after. You get the getting started book, the fast track kit if still available, points slider. The points slider is good because you can take it to a store.
If anyone is interested. I have the complete food guide (2002) on a word document and a computer points calculator that I could e-mail to you. These come in handy sometimes.
I also use my PDA to journal. It has a points calculator, journal, 2002 food guide and you can download all the restuarants from DWLZ. It sure makes it handy when I go out to eat. I have all the tools I need to make good decisions on what I am eating. If anyone has a PDA, I can e-mail this program to you too. You can check out more info on it on DWLZ on the message boards under Palm Pilot.
