I have done WW in the past on my own and by going to meetings and I've had success doing it both ways.
I started on points again today and I'm not sure if I want to do it on my own at home or go to meetings. I have the at home kit from 2006 but I'm not sure if much has changed in the past 2 years.
Does anyone know if the points and daily allowance are counted/calculated the same way or have there been changes? I'm trying to figure out if going would be more beneficial b/c it would be more updated info.
I would like to buy a new food scale (mine broke) and possibly a points calculator and I didn't see them on the WW site.
Thanks!
