Those little packs of thinly sliced lunch meats- they're normally 2.5 ounces in a package, 3 points for the whole pack. We keep a stash of them on hand all the time.
For a very quick small meal, I'll take:
* 1 fat-free whole wheat tortilla (1 point)
* 1/4 cup low fat cheese (2 points)
* 1/3 pack thin lunch meat (1 point)
put it together, microwave for 20-25 seconds (long enough to melt the cheese), roll it up and go!
You can make this a 3 point snack by using less cheese, or a 6 point meal by using the whole pack of lunch meat. Super fast, easy, portable, and you get your protein!
