Aside from the obvious exercise, how else do you earn activity points? Is there a chart somewhere that gives ideas along with intensity?
I only count my treadmill. I don't even use the points. I am just curious since they say to strive toward 28 points a week. If I do my treadmill everyday, that is only 14.
