WSW with 2 young boys without DH??

Would you go to WDW with 2 boys, ages 3 and 6, in October without the help of your husband? We have a trip planned in mid October, but DH will probably not be able to go now. I'm debating if I should go without him, just the 3 of us, or try to reschedule several months later.

I know we'd have fun and want to do MNSSHP, but I'll be on my own to manage the boys. Some rides are better for 2 people, not 3. Plus eating at counter service, getting food and a table with 2 active boys in tow - that's harder. Any thoughts??

I think my biggest concern would be if the 6yo couldn't go on things because the 3yo was too little. Would he be disappointed? My 3 yo isn't quite 40" yet so he can't go on a lot of the rides.

I do think it would be kind of nice to spend quality time with them alone. I'm sure you could handle it!

OK, we are going without DH, flights are booked and tickets ordered. We're staying at GF for easier access to MK via monorail. Any other thoughts or assistance?

You'll have a great time! If I were you, I would strongly consider renting (or bringing, if you have one that will hold an older child) a double stroller for your boys. I know a lot of people disagree with a 6 yr old in a stroller, but if they are both in the stroller then you know exactly where they both are, especially maneuvering through crowds. If your 3yr old is not going to be tall enough or brave enough to ride the 'big' rides, make sure you clearly explain that to your older DS ahead of time so that he understands there are a few rides he won't be able to do this trip. Have fun!!

I'd do the double stroller thing for sure. Do you have a mom or sister or friend who might be up for a fun trip with you? It might be fun to have a friend along!
