WS dining back-up plan??

I am getting ready to do my ADRs in the morning for our trip in august/sept. I have heard about some people having problems getting into Le Cellier. We have never ate in WS so i def want to do that this year. I want this to be a dinner so we can walk around WS in the evening since i am afraid it might be too hot during the day, as well as incorporate Illuminations into the evening too. So...Any sugestions as to what should be my backup?

I called this morning 7am for Le Cellier on Sept 4 (dinner) but was not able to get it. So, we decided to go to Coral Reef (also in Epcot but not WS). It has great food (steak, fish etc) and you get to watch a live aquarium while you dine. My other fave in WS is Biergarten - fun place and great food.
