WPE Breakfast on dining plan?

I thought I saw that only L/D were on the list on the Disney sheet. Does that mean you cannot do breakfast there on the dining plan?

Yes, you CAN have breakfast at WPE on the DDP. For 1 CS you get to choose 1 entree, 1 fountain drink (inc. hot tea and coffee) and one bottled drink.
There are reviews of them in my dining report (link in signature).

Sorry to hijack...but when I was there for lunch last month I didn't notice a kids breakfast option. What do they offer for the kids on the DP for their counter service breakfast?

had never thought about eating breakfast there.Might have to try it.If they don't have a kids menu ,then they should be able to order anything on the menu.

Though I have been to WDW 8 times now, I am ashemaed that I even have to ask, but what is "WPE"? I do not see it in the DISboards list of common abbreviations.
