If you want a true answer I doubt you will get it for a few reasons.

1. regular quest is becoming very common and most long time players have a lot of it.
2. You need inferno in the offer here is why. Flips are going to around 4 inferno if someone had the flips they could easily make an inferno trade and then trade one of their infernos for most of the stuff you offered.

I traded for 2 pairs of green flips about 6 weeks ago. The first I traded three inferno and a stitch hat and the other pair was inferno, a stitch a sparrow (this was when sparrow was very rare) and all of the cowboy pieces and all rare hats. I kept a pair of flips and I traded a pair and I had a lot of offers like yours and then my top offers were for 3 inferno and a complete set of rockets or 3 inferno and more than ten fire windows or 4 inferno I went with the 4 inferno and then traded 1 of the inferno for 20 fire windows.

I have heard more recently that a pair of flips was traded for 4 inferno and a stitch hat.

You don't have to agree with me but what I am saying is based on actual trades.
