Actually, where the cost is right now...at $74 per point, it is an okay deal, but not a great one. You can find lots of contracts at that price on resale boards. It's good that they have 243 current points...but, they are all in holding...so, that limits their "useability".

It's a good contract, and at $74 per point it will probably go thru ROFR.
