Called DVC Member Services...shockingly picked up as soon as I called...Crazy as I have been accustomed to such long, (2+ Hours) waits...I was so shocked, I kept asking CM is I was connected...What a nice surprise!!!

Happened to me too recently. I had set aside a whole afternoon to deal with calling and they picked up without even hearing hold music. I was shocked.

Happened to me this morning. Was calling ticketing and right at 7:00am, the call went through and immediately starting ringing and an amazing CM picked up after 2 rings and I solved my issue within 9 minutes.

I wonder if the removal of the borrowing restrictions removed a lot of phone call volume for issues related to that.

I think that's probably the main factor. I also think the new CMs are contributing.

Yes, I called twice this week. Monday was a less than 5 minute wait, Tuesday was immediately picked up.

Yup, that happened to me yesterday as well trying to upgrade an existing reservation from Studio to One Bedroom. The second time I tried it worked.
