Wow! Talk about a fast sale

Well, my two SSR contracts were officially listed around 8:30 this morning. By 2:00pm, one was under contract and another hour later both were under contract. Obviously, this announcement is driving a lot of activity!

I called about 20mins after I recieved an e-mail from TTS regarding two OKW contracts that were just listed and they were already gone. The rep said their sales have quadrupled in the last few weeks.

I believe it. spoke with Someone @ Fidelity last eek, small contracts are flying out. If you see something you like jump on it.

Sorry to hear you missed out on some points you wanted. You are doing the right thing though as it is best to call as soon as you get the email vs. replying to the email. If you call we should almost always have someone to talk to you ASAP while we might not be able to respond to your email for a few hours.

Now I'm nervous! Due to financial reasons, we put our Bay Lake up for sale last week. Got an offer the next day and signed the paper's the day after that. I went on the TSS web site, and our listing is gone! I thought it would stay up and say "Sale Pending", but it's just all together gone. In the meantime, there are several more listings than there were last week, and I know that our buyers have 10 days to cancel....fingers crossed!
