Wow so excited!

I cannot believe it but just received an email from TSS-our escrow has closed and BWV is now our home! This process has been seamless from start to finish through TSS. Not even a month to complete! I just sent our cashier check in on Wednesday via Priority Mail. Floored when I just checked my email and all is done. Now to wait 7-10 days and then call for our first reservation
I appreciate this board SO MUCH! Last year we were looking at buying direct, even took a 'tour' at BWV during our stay at BWI last May-I decided to research things (had been reading on DIS for over 2 yrs but not posting). Took a leap of faith and we jumped in with both feet. Saved almost $8000 by going resale.
Anyhow, thank you to all the knowledgeable people here..from the bottom of our hearts!

hoping to be able to say we'll be neighbours soon as i'm still waiting for my seller to sign the documents as well (he already agreed on our offer but so far hasn't signed the docs yet).... can't wait to call the BWV my home as well !!!!

Did you post to the ROFR THREAD? It helps us all to know the particulars. Like how much did you pay per point. Were there banked points? What was the use year? Do you pay closing and maintenance fees ?

Thank you everyone! @Icydog, yes I did post on the ROFR thread all the particulars. $66 pt./ 150 pt. contract/ 150 banked points-need to be used by Aug. 2012/ 150 coming Aug. 2011 / 150 coming in Aug 2012. We paid MF and closing (maybe I could have gotten a better deal but husband was fine with costs as they were in our range and I didn't want to lose the loaded contract).
