Wow - Just a Random Thought

I was just thinking that 10 years ago, I was 7, and I hadn't even been to Disney World for the first time. Now look at me 10 years later and im completely obsessed with everything disney. To think that 10years from now i'll be 27 is scary.

April 2000 was the first time I went to Disney World - can never forget that, best time of my life (besides every other day of my life). So when was your first trip to WDW?

1995. My late husband and I used to make fun of people that went to WDW. How could you spend days in 3 theme parks???

After my mother and husband died within months of each other my sister suggested a family trip to WDW. I was dragged kicking to WDW and the rest they say is history.

1 - I am terribly sorry for your loses.
2 - Alot of my friends don't understand why I go to WDW, when I can go to Wonderland. Ick - even the name "Wonderland" there's nothing to WONDER about it other than "When am I going to get out of this place".

I know it's not old, LOL. I don't want to make people feel old. My mother was telling me that when she was 27 she had already had 2 miscarriages, my brother & been married for 6 years. Now of course, I am not getting married, no children so...LOL.

I just want to be a teacher.

It's funny your talking about being 27. I turn 27 tomorrow. I always start thinking like that around my birthday what will I be doing in another 10 years, or what have I done in the last 10 years.

All I ever come up with is learn from what you've done, and love where you are. Take in every moment.

in 10 years I turn 30.... I know how you feel...
The first time that I went to Disney I was almost 7 in 1995, and I fell in love with the place, I've been 6 times there because we used to live in SouthAmerica. Last time that I went was in Christmas of 2005, and I'm trying to plan a trip for 2010.

I just join DISboards last month but we already had trips many times at WDW. My first trip was during my childhood days with my parents, but my first trip with DH and kids (my own family) last 2000. It's really great, we really had fun and as much as possible, I want the kids to really enjoy the moment.
