Just did Goldfellow this week. It's super easy and fast. Sent package FedEx yesterday and already have reviewed my settlement online. They do give an extra 10% to DISboard members! I decided to have it sent to me by check and plan on using the $ towards my Disney trip! Now I wish I had more that I feel I could part with!

Ok, I finally got to send my package to USGB today. I have been home sick w/a nasty bug. Myself and my 1 year old got it.

Anyways, I sent it with a copy of the email they sent w/all of my info (as my hand writing is so horrible) I hope that they accept it. It shows that I requested and got my info on Sunday pm.

Now the waiting game begins.

OK I think I got confused, is Goldfellows or USGB giving the extra 10%. I was going to drive into USGB in the city, but maybe I should just send it to Goldfellows.

Goldfellows gives the 10% for dis board members. You may want to call and see if USGB will take walkins, since the message says they arent accepting any new customers until further notice.

Hi, I think that even with the extra 10% Goldfellows is paying, USGB is still paying more. May be worth it, especially if you can go in person.

I sent my package to USGoldbuyers on Monday morning.
They received Tuesday at 3:00pm (which I found strange since that is the latest its was supposed to be there!)
Now I wait for the call.

As for USGB not accepting new customers - here is what I was told when I spoke to them on Monday morning:
If when I get to their website there is a message stating to 'Click this link' to receive info on how to send it in THEN they are accepting people, But when the link says to 'Call Them' for info then they are not accepting new customers. This can change during the day.

My suggustion is to try between 8 and 9 am (that's when I got through)

I got my call tonight from Goldfellow saying that my settlement was ready to be viewed online.

The lady (wish I could remember her name!) I spoke with was SO nice. I told her I had forgotten to put the DIS board discount on the form, so she refigured my amount and I got $83.xx for a bit of 10K and 14K gold. It wasn't that much....charms I had in highschool and a thin anklet and a kinked chain. Oh, and 2 gold ball earrings that had been slightly smushed over time. I was happy with any amount because it had been sitting in my drawer for at least 10 years.

I told the person I spoke with that Goldfellow was getting a pretty good reputation on this board, and she was very glad to hear that and appreciated spreading the good word along about the company.

Oh, I stuck my package in the FedEx box Saturday, but it wasn't getting picked up until Monday at 3. So, that was pretty fast turn around!

Got my call from Usgoldbuyer today and I got $301 for a bunch for junk! I sent 6 rings(all broken, bent, or missing stones,CZ) 2 necklaces(broken) 3 Bracelets(broken) 3 earrings(missing their match) and 2 old pendents. I'm very happy with my offer!

I asked for paypal. Does anyone know how long it takes to get payment sent to paypal? They called about 7:00pm and I still have not received it but maybe they send their paypal payments once a day or something?
