Was checking my pulse on-line today and stumbled onto this info.
I saw a link for a Disneyland Update... in FLORIDA.
I think they call it Disney WORLD.
So I clicked it and now I wish I hadn't.
It seems the imagineers decided that they needed to add another PARK in this country in a little town called "Orlando", as if anyone would go THERE (no ocean). The imagineers called it a natural and seamless addition.
Now, I think Disneyland is cute as a button in California and I'm looking forward to going there again, but the park is a classic. You don't update a classic. Then it's not a classic anymore. I hate what they did to Knott's Berry Farm and now I'm afraid I'm going to hate Disney "World". Why can't they leave well enough alone? If they were looking for something to freshen up they should have come up with a plan for the old Universal Studios. What's next? Robin Williams in CircleVision 360?
