WOW! Guess what I got in the mail today???

I got mine a few days ago and I'm not an AP!! We do go every year and just booked for Christmastime, so maybe that's why?? My kids love looking at it! Very colorful!

Has anyone from Canada ever gotten one? My Mom's had an AP for years, and we've never gotten anything :( I wonder if don't do mail-outs outside of the US?

I got one two weeks ago. I don't have an AP, and I haven't stayed at the resorts. But they must know me! I did send for the vacation planning DVD a while back. :)

We received two last week. One addressed to my husband and one to me. They're really beautiful and my sons love flipping through and seeing all of the rides they've been on. I've taken a bonkzillion pictures of the rides they've been on with our camera, but somehow the ones in the book are much more fascinating :p

We just got one too :wizard: and I can tell from the cover letter it's definitely because we've stayed at a DLR hotel before. Loved it!

We got one as well. Not ap holders. We did book though Costco for our Dec 2011 trip but everything was in my name and the book was addressed to dh.

My dad got one last week. They are not AP holders and haven't been to DLR in about 2 years. They don't stay at any of the resort hotels. We are APs and have not gotten one. It seems that they must be using several different mailing lists. Anyway, my parents gave me the one they got, so I have one now. :goodvibes

We got one last week, but haven't activated our APs yet. We bought them at Safeway, so Disney doesn't even have our into. We've never stayed on site either. It's a cool book, I just have no clue why our how we got one. :-)

We only got 1. There are two AP holders in our family and we always seem to only get one, even when the newsletter came in, it was addressed to: "The ____ Family" and never either of us by name.

:P

Received ours down in Mexico as well about a week ago. Granted, it came via our mail service in TX but our particular AP came through for us again!

I think it's a great coffee table book; unfortunately the dogs will grab it off the table so it's on the bookcase!

Got a copy in the mail this past week. We are not AP holders but we did stay the the GCH 2 years ago.

Going to keep this book safe for the future of our kids. It will be quite interesting to look at it again in 20 years :)

People starting getting these a couple weeks ago. We go ours a couple days ago.

I think they are mailing them out in groups.

I am AP holder, so that's why I assumed I received one. Never stayed at a resort hotel but Good Neighbor hotels. We have booked a tour and in the past asked for the vacation VHS/DVD mailer. Probably a multitude of ways they have compiled the info. Either way, we enjoyed receiving it. ;)

If you read the letter that came with it, it usually has why you received it in the first sentence. The ones I've heard of start "As an Annual Passholder", "As a D23 member", "As a Club 33 member", "As a Disney Shareholder", "As a Disney Cast Member", etc...

I don't know what my dad's letter said, he didn't show me that part and I'm sure he doesn't have it anymore. But he is none of those things. Maybe something like "a past Disneyland Parks guest" ? :confused3

Yeah, I recycled the letter already, but as I said earlier MIL/FIL (who got it and gave it to us) have not been to DLR in decades, have never stayed on-site, and are not AP holders. I know they bought us a $100 GC before our trip last year, so that's the only connection to DLR that I can think of for them!
