I recently sent a positive e-mail to Disney Guest Relations regarding the pilot program going on at ASMu and the Family Suites. Much to my surprise, I got a call this morning from the sweetest lady from Disney. She just called to thank me for taking the time to write to Disney and let me know that they value guests' opinions. She said they are getting VERY positive reports about the pilot program and e-mails like mine go a long way towards making pilot programs permanent ones. She was so nice, it made my day. It's great to know someone at WDW actually reads those e-mails and that our voices are not only heard, but they matter.

Disney is the best!

I sent a letter a few weeks ago regarding our upcoming stay at AKL in December. I was worried about the construction as we will have two 3 year olds that will need their nap. To make a long story short, they upgraded us from a standard room to a savannah room view at no cost.:thumbsup2 :cool1:

What was the pilot program about?

What is the e-mail address for the All Star Music? I would love to let them knowhw pleased I was with our stay and to thank them for all the help that they gave me during our stay. TKS!

That's great, it's nice that the acknowledge your positive feedback, I'm sure it's nice to open up a positive email and hear that your company is doing a great job, that was nice of you to even send it!:thumbsup2

They have nightly activities by the pool. Movies, DJs, dance contests, among others. It sounds like so much fun and since ASMu is probably where we'll stay, I thought I'd let them know I love the idea. I got the e-mail address from the ASMu FAQ thread. I can't post attachments yet so I'm no help with that. Sorry :sad2: . I also wrote to thank them for the addition of Family Suites at the value level. We're a family of five and it's nice that there are more options for us now.

I was just so impressed that they called. That's why I love Disney. They go the extra mile. :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

is that program only at the movies resort? we were there last week, and i thought it was great! but i haven't stayed there in a while, and i thought maybe it had been going on for a while. was it new this summer?
we've been doing the disney cruises for the past few years, and we love the atmosphere of the cast members out dancing with the guests. the atmosphere at the pool parties reminded me of being on the disney cruise. my whole family enjoyed the daily dance parties, contests, and the nightly movies. i hope they do continue to offer this!!!
