WOW-$40USD round trip per person to MCO from BUF non stop on Frontier (misc days till Feb 14)

Fully understand the concern. But we have been bumped with sunwing all over the place. And for Rouge, I will take my chances with Frontier. I will let you know how it goes.

I saw great Frontier prices for my upcoming trip to Florida (we leave this Saturday). When I added book seating (don't want to have 3 kids flying away from us in the plane both ways), one to three checked bags (needed with the unpredictable Florida weather in January) and one carry on (for emergency clothes, medicine, tablets, laptop, etc), the price wasn't so great anymore.

My main concern is that they only have one flight to MCO daily versus 10 or so from southwest. A cancellation may mean waiting until next day. I might try it one day especially if they add more daily flights from Buffalo.

For a quick trip with no kids and just one suitcase, Frontier is great. For the family of four that needs to book all the frills I would look at other airlines for sure!

I agree with that... With that said, when I checked the prices initially, they were 59.00 each way. For 40.00 RETURN, I guess the price difference would be still very big with all the extras I listed above (versus the risk of a canceled flight). As I'm all settled for the trip this Saturday, not worth it or me, but people should compare and see what works better for them, for sure...
