Hi! We are flying South West Airlines from Buffalo. I was wondering if you have flown through them? Have you ever had a problem with sitting together? We are a group of 5 with a 12 year old and 9 year old. I am nervous about not being able to sit together. What are your views on doing a early bird check in and paying $10.00 each person each way? Thanks for any info.

If you want to be assured of having at least one adult sitting with each child on the return trip and without having to be at a computer exactly 24 hours prior to departure, absolutely purchase EBCI.

If someone can be at a computer exactly 24 hours in advance of your outbound flight and check you all in, your boarding pass numbers should, again, enable you to at least find two pairs of two seats.

you'll at least be able to sit 1 adult next to each child if not all 5 together (although if you head to the back of the plane, there are usually plenty of seats and you land first!) Really, sitting all together on a plane is overrated. You'll have plenty of "together" time once you land!!!

I wouldn't pay that extra money. We just flew SW, both flights (to and from) were 100% full, we checked in online about 24 hours prior and got late A boarding passes for both trips.

I wouldn't BUT we don't care where we sit or if we are together. In fact my kids always split up because they both want a window! Have been doing this since there were little. And I agree you will have plenty of together time at Disney - Sometimes toooo much if you get my meaning!

HOWEVER if it is important to you to be as together as possible them pay for Early check in. Life is about priorities and if sitting together is a priority then pay for it or else take what you get.
