...formerly used as a morgue/mortuary?

Would you find it spooky or would it not bother you at all?

I'll post my thoughts later on as I should be in bed now! ;)

Actually I would, but my DH wouldn't.

I don't think so...I'm a scaredy cat! I also believe in spirits and the other world and such so I'd be afraid that unwanted company would be hanging around! lol

Depends on the circumstances. We live in civil war battle field territory (between Antietum - the bloodiest battle & Gettysburg). Many of the homes/barns of the time were used as hospitals or morgues. Many of the farms have civil war soldiers buried on them. That I might be able to live with.
But, there is a funeral home operated out of an old mansion in town and one that is still a funeral home/residence of the director in the next town. Don't think I could move into one of those. I'd be more creeped out about bodily fluids than spirits though.

I didn't even think of the body fluids angle, but the spirits thing would scare the heck out of me (I'm one of those who believes in spirts and seems to be able to tune in to stuff like that-I think some other people would be perfectly comfortable there.)

No way!! I'm scared to death of spirits and such. I feel like they follow me:scared1: but that's another story.

I'm not sure. It would depend on what it looked like and what the cost was.

I actually think it would be kinda neat!

Considering that I moved into a haunted house (she's a friendly spirit who hangs out in my kitchen), I'd have to say yes. :D

No way---and I was born around Halloween. Hubby would if there was an exocism done prior to sale and move in.

I don't care what friggin happened there ,if it was a beautiful house and an awesome deal... I'm there!!!

Even if it was a beautiful house at the right price, I think it would bother me. Now, if I didn't KNOW that it used to be a morgue, than maybe I would be fine. But I guess that's something that one would know prior to buying!!!!

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!! Not even for one night!!:earseek:
