With us it depends on the particular instance. The older they get, the more wiggle room they get. Right now DS is with friends at Busch Gardens. A couple years ago, that would have been a...No, you're absolutely not going without a parent along. Now they go. Still, he has much of the riot act repeated to him with each trip. The main one at this age...behave yourselves. I don't want any calls from BG or the police telling me about a problem.I am not resentful about "cautious" parents. Why should I be? I don't care how they raise their kids. I just think they are doing a disservice to their children.
