would you let your 16 year old spend the night at the boy/girl friends house?

Well yes and they will but I almost feel like I have more control of them not having sex while they are at my house BECAUSE I can keep an eye on things. Hey I would do the duct tape on the door thing if I had too. Or stay up all night.

That is how I feel. A childs attitude towards sex is not going to change just because you let them have their "other half" stay with them in your home. If they are going to have sex they will do it any where they can. I would rather know where mine is then do what a friend of mine use to do which was tell her mom she was staying a friends house and then sneak off to her boyfriends house(he was on his own). As long as they are not in the same room I don't see the problem. That way you are not pulling down the sheets for them (if that makes you feel better) because like I said it doesn't matter if kids want to have sex they will any where any time. But In some cases it might be that the child has a horrible home life and needs a break. My b/f at the time (I was 17) his mom would let me stay over many nights in his sisters room because of my home life. Things are not always as they seem.

I just got off the phone with my GF who's mom was super strict yet bought her Victoria Secret stuff all the time. She also got pregnant at 19. I was wishing her a Merry Christmas. I told her about this thread and she laughed and said that when he or she slept over with parents present was the ONLY time they werent doing it. They had more sex after school while the parents were at work then any time some one had to sleep over.
