Would you go to evening extra magic hour at HS?

How long did you wait for smugglers run?

Somewhere around 20-25 min for smugglers run. I think toy story mania was a posted 25 minute wait but I bet we waited in that line for at least 45 minutes (felt like hours). Slinky dog at close was around 25 minutes.

*edit. just read some of our group text during to see if i posted any wait times. we left ep and arrived at hs a little after 8pm. got to sunset at 8:12p rode rnrc and was off at 8:34p. was going to try to get tot before fantasmic was over but there was a mass of people already coming out going straight to tot. headed to smugglers run posted 20 min wait. then toy story mania followed up by slinky dog. *this was superbowl sunday during the game

HS has EMH in the evenings on Sundays, which is already a crowded day. If you are trying to avoid crowds, I would do HS on a week day.

I remember the old days when PM EMH at DHS was "permanent" and they had the fun Disney Junior Dance Party.

Turned out to be 4 rides (I forgot that we rode RNRC). Only toy story mania was bad. I'm not a fan of that queue either. If I see the same stuff in the queue after moving through the line for 20 minutes, I feel like I haven't moved at all.

Yes hit rope drop and use your fast passes, hang out until your boarding group is called and then (depending on time, do a sit down meal or go back to resort for a while) come back in the early evening for get some more rides in.

To OP, yes, use those hours-now trying not to highjack the thread, but my plan exactly for June-hoping to FP MMRR and ride MFSR and SDD during the later hours. I have heard (yeah, I know...) that MMRR won't be open during EMH as well as RotR. So I would hope with a two hour window we can get SDD and MFSR.

That sounds like it might work. We want to ride MMRR. I have been trying to figure out what to fastpass.
