I am assuming that Free Dining for 2008 won't be released until next April or so, but if we check in when we are hoping for, September 20th, our 180 days out date will be March 24th. I was thinking about going ahead in January or Feburary and booking our trip and then when Free Dining comes out just applying our code then. Then on March 24th makes all of our ADRs we want without any problems hopefully. I have read a lot about how hard it might be to get ADRs during this time because of Free Dining. I'm not real sure what to do. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks so much!!

ADRs are taken, whether or not you are on the dining plan, so go ahead and make your ressies as soon as you can. (be aware that the dining plan no longer includes appetizers or gratuity, plan accordingly) ps. please don't forget to tip your server.
suggestions: you didn't say if you had little ones, so someone else will have to advise on the character meals. hubby and I love coral reef, le cellier, ohanas.. hoop de doo revue was fun, even without little ones (2TS credits) lotsof food! have fun!!!!!!!!:hippie:

Yes we do have a little one and one junior. And I do have several character meals planned. But I really want to go ahead and get all my ADRs at one whack, on the 24th of March or really whatever my 180 day out date will be, (depending on what day we arrive). So I am assuming in order to be able to book them ten days in a row I will have to have a valid reservation with Disney.
