Would this work? Going from nice dinner to park...

If we want to eat at Narcoossees at the GF and obviously dress nice for dinner. But then we want to go to the MK aftewards for the evening. Could we change our clothes and lock our others up in a locker at the MK? Is this possible? Is it safe to leave items in a locker while in the parks?

just trying to figure out when to go to what on my trip..

You don't HAVE to get really dressed up at any WDW restaurant. Of course, if you want to that's a different story! We've done the lockers a few times. They are convenient, since they're right at the entrance, under the train station. I think they're safe for clothing, etc. But I'm sure you'll be fine just going to MK in whatever you have on.

Footwear may be a problem, tho, if you're saying that you'll have heels on, or something.

You can do exactly what you described. The lockers are very safe since you control them.

I have seen people dressed to the nines and enjoying a park as well.

We've taken extra clothes with us to the Animal Kingdom (to change into after riding Kali River Rapids). We take our clothes in a backpack and store it in the lockers. You should be able to do this at the Magic Kingdom with no problems at all.
