Would it be OK to leave my laptop computer in the trunk of my car if the temperature

I wouldn't do it for any length of time. I leave mine in my car long enough to go to the gym before going to work but it's only about an hour at the most.

leaving it in the cold isn't a problem..... the drastic change from really cold to really warm causes condensation.... that said....I have left mine in my car(up to 10 hours at a time)...I leave it in the trunk and then on my way home, I bring it up front with me, so it can gradually warm up a little.
I haven't had a problem yet.
( I won't leave it in the car in the heat though..... I have seen what my car can do to plastic!!!)

I was wondering this same thing last week. I was at a training in Chattanooga for the week. The hotel didn't have a safe in the room and the temps were cold outside, so I just carried my laptop in my bag all day at the training. I was afraid that I would end up messing it up by leaving it in the car all day.
