Would I be ok to check this in my plane luggage?

We are sailing on this Disney Magic for Halloween. We are participating in a DIS trick or treat. I have about 40 trick or treat bags filled with candy, coloring books, markers, tatoos and other Halloween goodies. The goodie bags are all sealed. I packed them n a suitcases. I was wondering if it would be ok to check the luggage, or should I pack them in a box and ship it down to the cruise. I am just afraid that if they need to search the luggage they might have to open a goodie bag and see what's inside and them I would have to reassemble everything. Any thoughts?

I would ship them. If they opened the bag to inspect it, they could rip them open. Plus I'd be concerned about theft.

I pack baby food all the time in my luggage when we travel. If it is not a clear or resealable type bag, they will just rip open the bag for inspection. I had dry baby cereal everywhere when we arrived home. I would just pack goodies in ziplock bags and assemble them when you get there.

Well, I have decided to ship tem. I have already spent the time to assemble them and they are all sealed in a bag that can not be opended and then resealed.
