I suspect that applies only to cash bookings through Disney: they sound like typical "tax the tourist" taxes from the variety of municipal agencies with jurisdiction. There are a few timeshares in the US with such tax payments for owners/exchangers (anything in Hawaii and WorldMark Anaheim come to mind) but most don't. I don't know whether Vero has it or not...but I suspect not, else we'd've heard about it by now.
