Worth it to take mears back to airport?

In early March I am taking Mears from Terminal C to PO-FQ. Cheaper than uber at $16. However I have heard horror stories of Mears being very late or straight up not showing up to the hotel and people barely making their flight.

Is it worth it to book Mears back to airport, or should just take uber back?

We had no problem with our Mears Connect in December.

I didn’t have any issues with Mears (used them twice in the past year).

Used Mears last week to get back to the airport from Pop and had no issues. They were also super helpful when we called them to get our pickup time changed to ~10ish hours later because our flight time changed.

I am concerned about the return and whether they drop off at terminal C. I just called to be sure, she stated that when we board simply tell the driver you need terminal C, not sure how confident she was.

All I can tell you is that they pick up at Terminal C--they've picked me up there twice now--so they must drop off there as well.

Last September we were on Mears leaving from All Stars to return to the airport and the driver asked if there was anyone leaving from C and there was so she stopped there first to let them off.
