Thought it would be fun to see what everyones opinion was on this. We're always talking about our favorites, so lets here the bad ones we need to watch out for and WHY;)

No question...

Mexico..

Worse ever.. We waited (no lie) 10 years to go back.. in 2007 we tried again and it was worse!

Mexico is where good service and food go to die in WDW

We had a bad experience at the Rose and Crown. We were seated out on the patio on a cold night. We had to get up to see Illuminations and our food got cold while we were watching them. However, I had a really great parfait there!

Biergarten hands down!! The food was okay but, our table mates were drunk and obnoxious. My girls were under age 12 and the other party was using terrible language and talking about behind the scenes things at WDW (not cool). We asked to be moved but the waitstaff couldn't move us, so we just ate quickly and left.

We had a bad experience at Coral Reef. We were seated 45 mins after our ADR. Server took 20mins to take our drink order. Then another 15 mins to take our food order and then food was undercook especially my sons chicken. My dish was awful. We left the place hunger so we went to Sunshine Season for a good meal. BAD service and BAD food. I know alot of people love it and maybe we went on an off lunch but it was really bad. Worst food we ever had in Disney.

I can't vote for my worst! You have the best and the worst lumped together with Les Chefs and Bistro. :goodvibes

For us it's Teppan Edo, only because we were expecting Benihana. To be fair, we have not eaten at many of the others on the list.

I surprised my ex with a dinner at San Angel Inn because I always loved the ambiance and atmosphere there, even if the food isn't the BEST in the world. It's really romantic in there...or can be anyway...not so much when your tablemate proceeds to berate your server because they don't have Bud Light ("They have Bud Light in real Mexico") and then berates me because if I wanted to surprise him "I should've picked a chop house instead"

Never been so embarrassed in my life. I actually felt the need to apologize to the server (and did) away from the table.

Le Cellier
Bad food and even worse service!

I can't accurately rate the food. We waited for over two hours for our meal...AFTER...we'd ordered. We decided to leave and find something to eat. At that time, the food was ready and was put in to go boxes.

That was our first and last ressie at Le Cellier.

Chefs...hands down. We had been really looking forward to eating here...never had and finally decided to base on what we had heard. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time..out in the sunroom area. Our server took about 15 mins to get to us!!! She took our drink orders...I had soda, dd had soda, but dh had iced tea. When the server returned, about 15 mins later, the iced tea had no ice! It was tepid. So, dh flagged her down and asked for some ice for his iced tea. Again, it took her 10 mins to return with a cup with 3 ice cubes in it!!! When we got our meal...I had steak, dh had a fish dish, can't remember what dd had..his fish was just barely warm and wasn't very good. He is a huge seafood/fish lover so he was really disappointed. My steak was also barely warm..not from lack of cooking since it was badly overcooked, but barely warm from being left sitting out for too long. It was like eating a warm hocky puck. But, we didn't see our server to let her know...seems to have disappeared. When she finally showed up at our table, she looked at the unfinished meals and asked if we would like dessert!!! Told her no and she walked away, leaving the plates sitting there. It took another 20 mins to get our bill. The thing that really bothered me was that was when the tip was included in the ddp..so she got a decent tip. Yes, we could have gone to the manager but there was none in the area when we got up to leave. We just wanted out of there.
We disliked that experience so much that I chose to go to the middle CP show this year and book Coral Reef for dinner rather than go with the late show because Chefs was the only choice open to me.

Wow, glad he's your ex!!

Garden Grill was the worst. But that was many years ago, when it still had an a la carte menu. I haven't thought anything was really bad recently. I have never tried 9 Dragons or Tutto Italia.

Have to say I was a little disappointed in the tomato flatbread at Chefs which appeared to be coated with tomato paste but that is probably because it was not what I expected.

I just saw someone recently get all ticked off with a server at Cava del Tequila because they didn't have any Budweiser.

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad meal at Epcot.... of course we haven't eaten there much. We've only done Marakesh and Biergarten. Both were excellent. Next week we're doing Biergarten again, Teppan Edo, and Akershus. I have family going to Coral Reef and Chefs. I'll be able to give a better opinion when I get back. :)

Biergarten.

We were a party of six and we all left still hungry. None of us are picky eaters and very adventuresome. Plus the buffet line is very disorganized and chaotic.

To top it off (not the restaurant's fault), we were seated right next to the dance floor with the railing in front of us. When the kids started dancing, one of the moms parked herself right at the end of our table to watch the dancing. We thought she'd leave after a few minutes, but she stayed for the duration.

Every time I turned to my right to glance at the dance floor, I found her butt in my face.

My DH took a really funny picture of me and her. I clasped my fingers on my nose and pointed at her butt. She's now in our trip's scrap book/photo album. :thumbsup2 We can laugh at it now.

Well you put ND and TE together but they should be separate...ND was the most disgusting meal ever...TE was not bad but nothing like our places at home.
