I am going Jan/February if my fast pass window is a work day and I can't log on to Mde till one what are my chances of getting 3 FOP fast pass

Did you mean FoP? It is hard to predict the availability for Jan/Feb when the "kinks" have not been worked out yet. Will you be booking for your first day in the parks? The longer your stay and the later in your visit your AK day(s) are, the better your chances. Keep watching the boards for info and it never hurts to keep trying if at first you don't succeed.

Take a bathroom break and select your FP's. It takes less than 1 minute to do it

What time zone are you in? FP opens up at 7:00am. If timing doesn't work could you entrust a friend with your information to log in at 7am for you and grab the FP you want? I've done it before for my MIL couple years ago. Although for her it was laziness, wanting to sleep lol and FP opened at 1:00am back then.

It might work I don't have to leave till 730 745 so I can grab the fop fp and worry about the others later

I book all my ADR's and FP's in the bathroom at work. I'm pretty sure they all think I have IBS. Someone gifted me some bananas the other day. (We do 14 day trips so it is not a quick job)

If by "GOP" you meant FoP (Flight of Passage) and you are only there one day, your chances of getting 3 FoP FP are 0.000000000%. You are only allowed one FP for each ride, and at Animal Kingdom only 1 of your 3 can be for a Pandora ride.

We just did that. I had to leave the house by 7:30am - I logged in at 7am just to book the AK rides. When I got home to make the rest - I was able to change around FOP to a different time. You can also do it on the app on your phone. If you are only going to Disney for 1 day - I would make sure to do it at 7am.

When I booked fps for this trip, there was quite a bit of availability at all the attractions for several days. It tended to dwindle for the more popular attractions as the days went by, and at 30 days out the most popular ones were gone. I was surprised at how long there was availability for FoP, FEA and 7DMT. You should be fine.
I have to be at work early on Saturdays and the last 2 trips our 60 day window opened on a Saturday - at the time I should have been leaving for work. Both times I asked to come in an hour late, but aside from getting the exact date and time I wanted, it wasn't really necessary.

ETA: Even though I asked to come in late, I still booked my fps and made it to work on time. I like to get to work normally with plenty of time to spare, so getting there "on time" was not hard. I just can't walk in the door and start right to work.

And don't forget the Must Have ADR's...another day off and more bathroom hiding?...

I thought my 60 days started on Sunday but it started on Saturday! I saw the notification while at my sons high school graduation! Couldn't book then!! I was not able to book for the 3 of us until around 3 pm that day. I got all the times I wanted for our stay and even 2 days of fp for FoP.

Since you don't have to leave until 7:30, just do FOP first, then any other of the hard-to-get ones you want. If you still have time before leaving, do the rest. Otherwise, you can come back and finish up with the "lower priority" FP+s.

You're only in Disney for one day - are you staying on site? I don't think anyone has asked that yet. If you're not staying on site, you can't book until 30 days out and the odds of getting FoP are much worse.
